返品・返金について

返品について

商品不良、または、商品が間違って届いてしまった場合、また、お客様のご都合による場合でも、未使用品に限り、一部のオーダーメイド商品を除いて、返品をお受けいたします。「お問合わせ先」または enquiries@beaumontbrown.jp より返品内容と理由（不良品の場合は不良箇所）をご明記の上、商品出荷日より30日以内にご連絡ください。お手続き方法の詳細について、3営業日以内にご連絡差し上げます。

返金について

返品分の商品を受け取り次第、早急に（遅くとも３営業日以内）に返金手続きをいたします。

• お客様都合の返品の場合は返品送料をご負担いただきます。商品に不良がある場合、商品違いの場合の返品送料は弊社負担となります。
• 返品の場合、商品代金のみの返金となります。送料、ギフトラッピング料金、各種支払い手数料（コンビニ後払い・銀行振込）等は返金金額に含まれません。
• ご注文の合計金額代金が送料無料設定金額を越えて無料であり、商品の返品により送料無料適用金額を下回る場合、返金額より送料金額分を差し引かせていただきます。
• 不良品や間違った商品のお届けなどによる返品の場合は、商品代金と送料及び各種支払い手数料も合わせて返金させていただきます。

Returns

We guarantee your satisfaction and all of our products come with a 30 day no quibble return policy.

Please contact us at enquiries@beaumontbrown.jp  for further procedures. We will contact you within 1-3 working days. 

If the reason for return is not due to a faulty or incorrect product, please pay the shipping fee for return.

Refund

As soon as we receive the returned product, we will process the refund within 1-3 working days.

• Parcels are returned at your own cost unless the return is due to faulty product.
• Only the product price will be refunded. Shipping charges, gift wrapping fees, and the relevant payment commission fees are not included in the refund amount.
• If the total purchase price will be changed and becomes lower than the specific amount set for free shipping, the shipping fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.
• In the case where the return is due to a faulty or incorrect product, we will refund the shipping fee and any related payment fees as well as product price.
